Created for and supported by the Library Fellows of the National Museum of Women in the Arts, Washington, D.C. This book is comprised of proverbs that offer the wisdom of people and cultures the world over. The proverbs were letterpress printed by John Cutrone from photopolymer plates on Nepalese Lama Li paper. Handmade Thai Unryu reversible paper covers the circular case -- Colophon. Consists of four small handling books of proverbs fitted into corners of circular case, accompanied by sheet of handling instructions, encased in a wrapper with colophon information printed on the inside of the wrapper
